Presenting Lemberg's new product: Imperial sturgeon caviar
You've been waiting for a long time, and it's finally happening! Lemberg Caviar House presents an exclusive new product: Imperial sturgeon caviar! An absolutely unique product in taste and appearance.
Imperial caviar is the result of crossbreeding Kaluga (lat. Huso dauricus) with Amur sturgeon (lat. Acipenser schrenckii). It has a particularly delicate creamy texture and a rare light amber colour. Which speaks of its special value. The welcoming of the original product took place in the company shop Lemberg Feinkost.
We invited Per @berlinfoodstories, a popular Berlin food blogger, to come to the tasting.
He was the first to discover the taste of Imperial caviar and to appreciate our novelty! Per had long been planning to surprise the members of his elite club of food fanatics with a new dish: pasta with sturgeon caviar. And as always - all the ingredients had to be special. Lemberg Imperial Caviar was the perfect ingredient that turned the classic pasta into a haute cuisine dish!
During the presentation of our new product, the Lemberg Caviar House also showed the new gift decoration! Now you can present caviar to your family, friends or associates in a new gift box and present it as a real jewel!
For the future, we've agreed with Per to host another caviar event that will surprise you and be sure to inspire new culinary feats.
